Production method | It is obtained by sulfonation of p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid through fuming sulfuric acid. 20% fuming sulfuric acid is added into the sulfonation pot, dry p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid is slowly added under stirring, the temperature is controlled at 50 ℃ during feeding, stirring for 20min after feeding, then heating to 60 ℃, keeping warm for 1h, then raising to 80 ℃, keeping warm for 1h, then raising to 100 ℃, keeping warm for 1h, finally raising to 128 ℃, keeping warm for 5h, sampling and verification (taking 2ml of sample, diluted in 40ml of distilled water, shaking to make it fully soluble, to obtain a clear solution). Stir at 128 ℃ for 3h, then cool to 75 ℃ and discharge, the yield is 98%. |
